The Week of 1/3/11-1/7/11

Welcome back students!  I hope that you had a relaxing break.  I know that I sure did.  A number of you will need to take the Chapters 5+6 Test this week during first FLEX on Wednesday!  Also, this is a reminder that your Physics in Motion projects are due Thursday, January 20th.

• Monday 1/3:  Angular displacement and angular speed.  HW p. 247 1-3 and p. 248 1-4.
• Tuesday 1/4:  Check off HW and go over.  Angular acceleration and additional equations.  HW p. 252 1-5.  Tangential speed.
• Thursday 1/6:  Check off HW and go over.  Centripetal acceleration.   Circular motion lab.  HW p. 258 1-5.  Circular Motion Lab due Tuesday.
• Friday 1/7:  Check off HW and go over.  Centripetal acceleration and centripetal forces.  HW p. 261 1,3,4.  Time to work on your project.
