The Week of 9/7-9/10

• Tuesday 9/7:  First day of School!  Introductions.  Demonstrate Early Work.  Fill out Student Information Sheet.  Hand out Classroom Expectations.  HW:  Read Expectations and bring in questions Wednesday.
• Wednesday 9/8:  Questions on Classroom Expectations?  Hand out Safety Contract. Due back signed by yourself and a parent by Tuesday 9/14.  What is Physics? How do we do it? Begin Measurement Lab.
• Thursday 9/9:  Discuss uncertainty and continue with Measurement Lab.  Include uncertainty in your measurements.
• Friday 9/10:  Significant Figures, how to count them and compute with them.  Add significant figures to your measurements.

Hold on to your measurement lab for now.  We have a few more things to talk about before it will finally be due next Thursday.
